About Jeannie Pohlhaus, GRI, ABR, ePRO, Associate Broker

Jeannie was educated at the Friends School of Baltimore and attended the University of Maryland; she has been a REALTOR® for 40+ years and has her Associate Brokers license and the following designations: GRI, ABR, and ePRO.  Having extensive experience as a relocation specialist, her expertise has assisted many companies in the Baltimore area relocate their employees to the Greater Baltimore area.  She has also listed and sold some of the most prestigious farms and estates in the area.  

Paul’s Place Outreach Center in Southwest Baltimore has benefited from her volunteer energy and led her to become a member of the Board of the Low Income Housing Coalition.  It was through this effort that she became part of the team that developed Baltimore’s first Housing Counselor Training Program. Her strong belief is that the successful rebuilding of the great City of Baltimore will be derived from people achieving homeownership, thus empowering them to take back the dignity of their communities.  Her professional integrity and leadership skills have put her among the top professionals in the real estate industry.

Jeannie has served as President of both the Greater Baltimore Chapter and the Maryland State Chapter of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®.  She was also a National Governor of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®.  She has served on the Board of Directors of the Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS®, the Maryland Association of REALTORS®, the Fannie Mae Baltimore Partnership; the Real Estate Million Dollar Assn. Ltd, Paul’s Place Outreach Center (where she was also the President of the Board) and the Open Gates Medical Clinic. She received the Community Service Award for both the Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS® and the Maryland Association of REALTORS®; Member of the Year of the Greater Baltimore Chapter and the Maryland State Chapter of the Women’s Council of REALTORS®; Was awarded the Distinguished Sales Associate of the Year for the Greater Baltimore Board of REALTORS® and has been honored by the National Association of REALTORS® with the designation of REALTOR® Emeritus.
